72 long stepside GMC project bail out $10,000. Not mine.
https://seattle.craigslist.org/est/p...290336187.html AT 72 I can not seem to get a handle on various health problems so I am afraid that my 2 year journey with this project is slowly coming to an end. Truck is a LWB FENDERSIDE (stepside if it was a chev). You will be hard pressed to find one. Truck has a new 350 4 bolt main installed built to specs for the intake (Edlebrock), Carb (new Quadrajet) and Exhaust (Ramhorns) that I told the builder I was going with. Estimated 325 HP and Tork. Engine bay will be mostly chrome (Master Cylinder, Alternator, Fuel Pump, Water Pump etc.). New brakes all around as well as shocks. New cab bushings. Frame off resto so frame has been sanded and painted. Easier to call or EM for further info as I just about have a complete new truck in parts that will go along with the truck. SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY PLEASE. IF YOU HAVE NEVER DONE SOMETHING LIKE THIS YOU WILL NOT SEE THE VALUE HERE AS I HAVE $10000 JUST IN THE COST OF THE TRUCK AND THE MOTOR. With the exception of the motor (which is now installed) the rest of the pictures are before work was started. Truck is now under my carport and cab is on. EASIER TO JUST CALL ME ON THE TOTAL NEW PARTS LIST. |

A nice blue 70 GMC $22,500. Not mine. For the price you would think it would come with the AC belt.
https://seattle.craigslist.org/est/c...288902134.html Selling my 1970 GMC C20. Beautiful truck with custom interior, new Chevy 350 HP engine with about 2,000 miles. New chrome, master cylinder, fuel pump, dual exhaust, custom stereo, etc. Too many things to list. You won't find another one likethis. Time for a new home. Serious offers only please. |

67 GMC says factory short bed $14,500. Not mine.
https://portland.craigslist.org/clk/...285151327.html All original factory short wide bed 1967 GMC small back window 2 wheel drive truck. Awesome patina with lots of extra parts. Small block chevy with a turbo 400 transmission that runs and drives fantastic. Power steering, all new manual drum brakes all the way around, new tires on the front with good tires on the back. This truck is really fun to drive just the way it is, drives straight no rattles or whistles, doors open and close great, windows go up and down easily, all lights work, always gets attention everywhere it goes. I have collected a bunch of extras for this truck including complete 1986 front K-member with drop spindels and 2"lowered springs power disk brakes and power steering sway bar 5 lug rotors, we just cut the frame off at the firewall of the donor truck so everything is still bolted on. All parts needed to convert to factory trailing arm rear suspension A bunch of extra all original correct color code factory sheetmetal including both doors, both fenders, hood, grille and core support (rust free) cowl inner fenders(rust free) lower chrome trim all the way around. I have not managed to getting the typical rust repaired, it is going to need inner and outer rockers, cab corners and corner supports and a little bit of floor work, pretty much all the same stuff that you will find in most all of these old trucks. This thing is awesome and I hate to see it go, it has been a great shop truck for parts running. Clean title in hand 3six0four3zeronine5eight9 Frank $14,500 or OBO Not interested in any trades at this time, thanks Chevrolet truck pickup c10 c-10 pick-up hot rod muscle car pro street drag race street rod race car no i do not need help selling |

Re: Post Your Craigslist Finds Part 2
I am wondering the same thing. One one hand, I haven’t bought or sold in a year or so, maybe I’m out of touch. On the other hand, asking prices are usually very different than SALE prices.

Re: Post Your Craigslist Finds Part 2
I have always used eBay as a somewhat guide as to what they actually sell for. My thinking is that not just here in the states, but that is what the world is saying it's worth or willing to pay for it..

Scored myself a cheap grill yesterday. I like the painted style over the chrome.

Those wheels? Cmon, man.
|
Re: Post Your Craigslist Finds Part 2
Oh I don't know those are pretty innocuous compared to hundreds of other wheel choices.

Looks like a pretty decent unmolested 1970 C-30 Longhorn CST/Custom Camper with lots of options (plus added tilt and tach) and a big block in need of some engine work. $12,000. BUT... What's an electronic title? I found the answer. See the edit below.
https://phoenix.craigslist.org/evl/c...293571888.html "1970 Chevy C-30 Longhorn Custom Camper 30 CST 402 Big Block Turbo 400 Transmission Rear wheel drive 1 Ton This truck runs and drives but needs work. I had a local mechanic take a look at the engine and he told me it needs to be rebuilt. I have the paperwork from the mechanic. Body is in good shape. Has aftermarket tow hitch and trailer brake system. With all of the options this truck is rare but is priced to sell. Sold as-is. Electronic Title. True mileage is unknown. Clean title. Cash or cashiers check." EDIT: Here's what I found regarding electronic titles in Arizona. "Electronic Titles Are Here—Safe, Secure, Convenient No more paper When you title or register a vehicle in Arizona, your title information is stored electronically and you no longer automatically receive a paper title. You can view your title information in your AZ MVD Now(link is external) account. Similarly, when you pay off a vehicle loan, the title will be held electronically. If a paper title is needed, for reasons such as moving out of state, you can use the Title Replacement service on AZ MVD Now(link is external). The fee is $4." |
