Re: 198Plus build
It is looking smooth, and I like it when the firewall is the same color as the rest of the cab.

Re: 198Plus build
Lookin' good Ronnie.
When are ya gonna pick up your parts at my work? Billy brought the bumper over. I'm not in the front of the shop any more they moved me to the lower shop. They are putting a quick lane where I was. I have tons more room now. ;) The bumper is safe while I'm there, but there are contractors in and out at times upgrading the building. |
Re: 198Plus build

Re: 198Plus build
WOW. I just spent the better part of a full day reading through this entire thread, and feel that because of that I have earned the right to make a couple points...
1. Ronnie, you change your mind... ALOT. 2. Alan, you do amazing work and have an incredible attention to detail. 3. Ronnie, you have put together an awesome body shop. I admire the drive you have to find solutions to meeting your workmanship standards, even if that means buying a bodyshop in the process. Thanks guys and keep up the good work. |
Re: 198Plus build
I would call that slick! Looks good Ronnie can't wait to see some paint on it.

Re: 198Plus build
We where mocking the fender up yesterday and my painter left it in the door :smoke:
You know I seen this fender sitting in the door and said to myself that could be bad  Anyway I meant to move it but forgot :waah: Late last night I was closing the shop down and as I was pulling the door down at a high rate of speed it dawned on me at the last second :but: Quote:

Re: 198Plus build
We want pictures. Just one more thing to put on your list. I can't believe how people put really nice trucks together and dont mess anything up. It does suck though. I hope you learned somthing. It's kinda like leaving a hammer on top of the ladder.;)

Re: 198Plus build
It sounds like something I would do. :haha: :dohh:

Trying to decide on new wheels for my truck....I'm liking these
http://i88.photobucket.com/albums/k1...d-gunmetal.jpg |
Re: 198Plus build
I think those are a good choice with the year of the truck and the color...they will set it off nicely. You could also look at gunmetal coys or boss 338's for a less expensive option with a somewhat similar 5 spoke design.
