A friend of mine has two tickets for the 2022 Super Bowl. He paid $11,500 each with box seats. It comes with a ride to the Super Bowl, lunch, dinner and a $400.00 bar tab, and backstage passes to the winners locker room. When he bought the tickets he didn’t realize it would fall on the same day as his wedding. So if you are interested, he's looking for someone to take his spot at St. Sebastian’s at 3pm. Her name is Ashley. She’s 5’4”, 115 lbs and a real good cook. She'll be wearing the white dress.

I reviewed the post in question, as well as a few pages back. I honestly find it funny that the mask post caused so much upset. I am a woman, have had blonde hair, am a mom too... I could report half this thread for being offensive. It's not, its humor. Folks need to find more of it in their daily lives. Smile ya'll... keep reporting things that are rule violations, that is truly appreciated. I am just saying life is to short to be offended by everything. Scroll on my friends.

Shoot, looks like I missed all the fun ; ) Liz, I'm sorry to see that whatever went on precipitated your involvement. For me, I simply asked what was funny because I didn't get it. I received a couple of reasonable replies back and appreciated that and responded accordingly and that was it. Since it was noted above, I'll mention that any reporting of it didn't come from me. I can only guess that there were other comments that followed. No idea what was said because they have been removed. I'm writing this since I asked the question originally. I think that the meme could be seen a couple of different ways, but I got reasonable responses and that was good enough for me.

truth be, unless I spend time going back and reading everything again, I have no clue what you said when or where. Don't think anyone cares who reported what either lol. It was reported by more than once though. No worries over my involvement..



random fun thing sort of on topic
since you guys seem to love memes, I thought I would share a game our 10 year old found. It's called "What Do You Meme"



Long short, you have a judge and a few players. The players have 7 word cards. The judge pics out photo for the round. The players choose the funniest word cards to match the photo (making a meme)

This response stuck in my head and I wondered why. Setting aside that you said you found it funny, I can illuminate what you are referring to as "being offended". Being offended has to do with crude joking or questionable innuendos - something that goes against someone's ideals or sense of propriety. Much different than that, many see masking as one of the few things that can be done to protect the people around them, and by doing that, protect the people close to them. IF and I'll reiterate IF, someone was intentionally trying to make fun of how someone was trying to protect the people they care about, it would not be seen as offensive, it would run much deeper than that...

Hopefully that helps you see why some people took the time to report it and why I asked what the intended humor was.

No kidding! When I see something that I find amusing, I smile to myself. If I don't like it or understand it, I ignore it and move on. But that's just me..... :)
