Kabwe, You must have gotten a bad one. Did you not know that EVERYTHING that you buy fits perfect with out any modifications. That is the big joke between my buddies and me. It does not mater what it is it does not fit! Great job on the fender. At least now it will fit!

This is what is left of a new fender that I used for patch panels because the fitment was so bad. I used the rear for another fender for a buddy. It still has some use so I will not throw it out. It still has a good brace, eyebrow, and front and top panel. Somebody may need a piece of it so I will keep it. I know too many hotrodders to throw it out. I don't know about the other new fenders, but the fitment for this one was garbage.

It gave its life so others may live. Very heroic.

If you are serious, just tell me what you need cut off of it and its yours for the shipping. PM me if you really need me to cut off a part and send it to you.

Like you did, I'd rather spend 10 hours fixing an original fender than spend 10 frustrating hours trying to make an aftermarket fender fit. They make great patch panels, though.

Shane:

Checked you out on youtube. Great stuff. Hope that you make it big. Big changes here in LA compared to where you are from.

Thanks hotrod1! You only live once, so I've decided I'm going for it. I'm just sad because I had to leave my old truck at home for now... hopefully someday I'll get it on the road.

If you haven't checked out my website here's the link www.shanehenry.com

See thats skill, my lazy a** would have bolted on the aftermarket fender and been happy. Watching your build helps me to not settle and make it right the first time.
