Awesome work Rob!

LOL, let me know if you want the dimensions. If fits right in the factory battery holder.

Great work on the intake tubing and box! This is one of my favorite rides on the forum. Are you using a O2 wideband sensor for your tuning? If so, would you mind sharing which one? Thanks.

Thanks and I purchased a NGK/ATX wideband. The guy that has been helping me with my tune recommended it and he has a great reputation in the tuning realm (www.tampatuning.com).

Looks real good Rob..Id get rid of the clamps and hose right before the 90 degree bend and make it all one piece..Would looks super clean.

Re: 68 S/C update.....

If he did that though I would worry about it ripping off. That's a lot of torque under the hood!

I thought about that at first, but that elbow is going to be welded to the box. There's no way it will all fit in there with everything welded together. I plan on having all the aluminum powder coated semi-gloss black. Hopefully the rubber clamps will blend in. I might even have the hose clamps powder coated black...

It's running pretty well Tom. Right now the LTFT and the STFTs are +/-3. I want to finish my cold air box before I put the finishing touches on the tune as it will affect the airflow some. Here's the last data run I did:

Both trucks look top notch. He's a lucky boy.

On another note where can I find those core support to grille filler panels at?

I think there are several companies that produce them now. I believe Rob got his from http://www.nwautofab.com/index.html . I have some that I picked up from http://undercoverinnovations.com/sho...hevy-gmc-truck .

Thanks everyone. Trying to tie up a few loose ends and get the interior back together. Hopefully the weather will warm up so I can put my rubber floor mat in. Also working on the rear brakes on Jakes truck.

I dropped the CAI off at the powder coaters Saturday and should have it back by the end of the week. In preparation for finishing this part of the project, I got a little crazy with my 2.5" holesaw.....:D.

I thought about it, but with the front cover on and the CAI installed, you won't be able to see any of it....

You may not be able to see it, but it will smooth the transition for air to enter the CAI. ;)

Thanks! It's a "different power" the torque curve is much flatter with the LS motors, and the A6 keeps it to the ground...
