Re: Post Your Ride 67-72 Trucks
Well, this is my 1970 C-30 250. Its made in argentina. Soon is going to be restored as it deserves:

Here in Argentina the C30 Dually was built only one year (70) so they are rare to see on the streets. |
Re: Post Your Ride 67-72 Trucks
Nice C30!

My '67 shortie project. Just finished an engine swap from the original 250 six cylinder to a new 350/290hp GM crate motor. After new ball joints and inner wheel wells, it'll have two tone paint and maybe new tires to replace the mud and snow grips currently on it (that is if they don't "melt" away first).
Sure is fun. |

Ok finally get to post lol.
Only took me 3 days to look through all 56 pages of all these nice trucks. I want to thank all the members for posting the pics as they have given me a great deal of info and ideas of what to do with "our" truck. |

Re: Shortie Headers
I got them from Summit Racing (Summit brand). They're stainless steel and I like them a lot.
The only trouble I had was using them during break-in of my new motor (they blued out a little). They will work fine on a seasoned engine. You might also consider Summit's ceramic shortie headers. They look like chrome and appear to be less susceptible to heat discoloration. Hope this helps Jim |

Re: Post Your Ride 67-72 Trucks
that blue can looks to be a radiator overflow. if you look close you can see the hose running from the bottle over the top of the radiator to the spout on the filler neck
