Rust that creates a hole = weight reduction I guess

Rebuilt carburetor. Completely rebuilt brake system all four wheels and master cylinder. All good glass. New Goodyear tires and all four original dog dish hubcaps. New modern solid state radio. Extra chrome front and rear bumpers. New side mirrors and gas cap. Transmission is rebuilt with 4 miles on it. Your not going to find a nicer original truck. Parts, not Truck

Chevy 67-72 truck parts San Antonio, Texas

a bit weary posting this but just incase it is legit someone (locally?) might want to check it out.

While checking out Craigslist today I found this ad, though I would think local guys should only check it out, to see the parts first hand. Hopefully posting this is okay here, as I haven't any tie in to the ad.

^^^^I think I actually cried out loud a little looking at that listing for the 67 step side. So much terrible stuff done to this truck it is doomed unless someone is willing to spend way too much money.

But then again, it might be right up someone's alley, just not mine.

Is there one for the square bodies as well. The search link kicks you to FB instead of here on the site.

don't know if there's a facebook finds for squares but there is this

https://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/...d.php?t=738801

and personally, I consider a find a find, wherever it's listed..

the vehicle for sale doesn't care what format the owner chose..

I don't shop for patronizing websites - I shop for trucks / parts..

I'm not passing up a deal I want because I don't like a particular format..

once the seller and buyer are united, the potential deal is whatever it's going to be regardless..

so for me, the fewer threads I have to sift through the better..

I don't have facebook but usually can still see the listing and can get the info I need..

same goes for fleabay, bat, kijiji, .gov auctions, purple wave, etc..

so as far as I'm concerned - keep 'em coming!

happy hunting :)

Re: Post Your Craigslist Finds Part 2

Love this description

Are you tired of showing up to your devil worship group in mom's minivan? Tired of people not knowing how dark and disturbed you really are? Well you can change all that right now! This 1967 chevy c10 ratrod was forged in hell fire and quenched in the tears of the innocent by Beelzbub himself! This bad boy is powered by a 5 litre high output chevy small block that runs on human souls and disdain for the weak! With all that face melting power you have to have plenty of stop which is why the dark lord equipped this beast with power assist front disc brakes! As an added bonus its been slammed 5 inches in the rear and 3 in the front to rest on overly aggressive tires all around, its also been converted to power steering so you won't have to break your weak mortal arms to corner this monster! All that evil is wrapped in a one of kind faux patina paint because not even Satan likes rust! Plus plenty of interior customization to show off your inner sinner! She runs like a bat out of hell and she'll drive circles around grandma's prius!

I have owned this 1969 C10 short bed stepside for the last 7 years and I bought it from the original owner’s family. Local SC truck. Complete restoration done 6 years ago ZERO RUST.
SBC 350 built at the time of restoration with about 2500 miles on it, nice sounding cam, all new in and out, aluminum heads, aluminum radiator, QuickFuel carburetor, lots of power. NO A/C truck. Heat works fine. TH 350 transmission and 12 bolt rear end. No POSI. New exhaust with dual flowmaster.
All new interior with sound deadener, all working gauges, Bluetooth radio with the speakers located in the kick panels.
Painted with Hot Rod Kirker Satin paint that still looks amazing. https://greenville.craigslist.org/ct...360257865.html
