thanks duudes! its tough to tell in these pics but in the next few days it will take shape, Me and joe had a plan on the fenders i new for sure i wanted the wheel opening from the fleet side transfered to the step side fenders and joe wanted that top body line to flow . Joe also came up with a killer idea on the front and rear of the fenders

I can't wait to see what you guys are going to do. I have seen some 60-66 duallys done with the stepside fenders, and although they look cool, it's like they're missing something. I have always thought that using the fleetside fender opening and reworking the front and rear of the fenders to flow better with the bed is the key. The style of the 60-66 bed versus the style of the stepside fender is slightly different, and if you can make the fender look more like the fleetside bed, that will be the key to making it look factory.

I'm excited that the right guys are collaborating on this project. It might sound corny, but I think this truck will make believers and fans out of the guys who still don't care for the 60-66 style. That will certainly change.

Here's my next truck project. I don't think I want to copy yours though. Maybe hydraulic tilt bed.
