That's a thing of beauty. For some reason, yellow looks best on our trucks. That front plate doesn't hurt either.

Just got my new Chevy from a dealer up in Georgia. One owner truck all original survivor! 350 and 3 speed Auto. Even came with original tires on original rims as extra's.

Original owner worked for GM and used it as a commuter.

I do have late model rally rims on it and will keep them for now. I need the bow tie cover emblem for one of them, Any pointers on where I can find that?

127,000 original miles on a great truck!
Always wanted one and I plan to keep it bone stock.

Kudos for keepin it stock! Man that thing is almost new! Awesome!:metal:

Ok this is my new baby. 1970 ramp truck.44k and sports orig belts, hoses and 4 out of 6 orig tires. was built for Dick Harrell sold to Brooklyn heavy and various others along the way. Looks rusty but infact is very solid. Just going to blast and paint. Have never owned a true survivor like this one. Motor is untouched! T-3 head lights ect.

WOW! How did I miss this?? I love it! I know mine was built as a race car hauler, but I sure wish I knew who it built for - even if he wasn't famous like Dick Harrell!;)

This is my 1970 Chevy CST-10. Bought it in May, 2007 from the guy who "restored" it. He did a frame off job....pretty decent paint job, but many corners (mainly in the re-assembly process) were cut. I have learned a lot about this ol' girl.....as I've been the "de-bugger". I learned a lesson from all this. Never buy any vehicle that has just had a frame-off restoration, unless you enjoy fixing someone else's unfinished work! Little by little all the bugs are being worked out....:waah:....mostly...by me.

70 chevy junk truck

OK..here goes..my 70 Chevy, 1/2 ton, Long Bed, 6 lug wheels, used to be my Dad's. I have had the truck for 35 or so years. 10 years ago we put together a 350 with the usual stuff. Edelbrock, small Holly, Hooker, HEI..and stuck in a turbo 400...the tranny was available at the time..I heated the coils and dropped the truck about an inch on all corners. It never has turned well in tight places since then. Very dependable and the louvered hood/trk gets lots of looks these days..Just about ready to drop/disc{front} her.. Looking at cpp and early classics...sticking with the 6 lug axles..I am hopeing these wheels will work with a disc brake kit..still trying to work out the pictures any thoughts would be appreciated...Stevehttp://i37.photobucket.com/albums/e6...k/DSC01137.jpg
