Hell's Yeah! Can't wait to see the stance. It's rainy here today too but not cold. Just an ugly humid day here in H-town.

Thank God for the rain, but could he allow tomorrow to be dry enough that Chad can pull the GMC out for some good full side and 3/4 shots? We really want to see the whole thing, even minus the bed... Seeing one wheel is like watching a movie trailer and never seeing the whole movie.

Re: Project Grande Slam: Coley's Hot Rod Shop

Thanks for all the compliments fellas, hopefully the weather will cooperate this weekend and we can roll her out for some pictures. Dad has the brake lines almost finished up so we should have some whoa power soon. My Magnaflows came in yesterday so we should be good there too.

Im thinking about running the exhaust into a black basic tip (something like a 93-97 Z28). Kinda wide and flat.. but not really noticeable. Then out near the front of the rear tire? Should I go on over the axle with it? Ideas? I just want it to be clean but kinda factory looking.

I think if you can get it over the axle without too much trouble do it! On my short bed I had it coming out in front of the wheel and it was a lot louder than I wanted for cruiser. Just my opinion sir!

Some pichers :D Let me know what you think. I'm really liking it. Low, but not so low I cant drive it without worrying about it. Dad was home and just didn't have any help pushing it back in. Once it gets over that bump at the edge of the garage, there's a gradual hill going off the driveway then down a BIG hill to a drainage ditch. I understand him not wanting to take a chance

The billets really set this truck off.

My drivers side bedside is at the body shop, in final prime / block. He's going to spray it in the morning. I hope to have it back by the weekend.

Looks good, I like it alot. I think you should take the exhaust out over the rear axle and exit behind the rear tires, just my .02

The GMC is looking great Chad! Refresh my memory (I'm too lazy to go back and look since I'm on my phone) is that a static drop? If so, what's the drop, 4.5"?

Hellwig front swaybar is installed. Dad and I got quite a bit done yesterday but we have hit a pretty significant hurdle. I thought you guys might be able to help.

http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=578928

I can't get my brakes to bleed. Your thoughts please? Have you guys run the Wilwood Tandem MC with a booster? Do I need to just ditch the booster and get a 7/8 bore MC ? Thanks for any and all input.

In all honesty I probably would talk to you if we were closer, .. but Im going to have to sell the truck shortly after I finish it up. The good news I will have some extra coin to put toward my 68 BB project. I'm changing it over to a fleet and probably air .. we'll see how it plays out.

I'm honored you even offered, the Blazer is stunning I just couldnt do it. My wife would not be happy. I'll sell the GMC to you if you want it :D

Pop just sent me some pictures of the bedside.. the driver is almost finished up, the pass side is being worked on now. (at the painter's) We just need to drill and square off the holes in the section we replaced. Just that lip on the front edge where it meets the bed wood.

It's coming along nicely Chad. Your painter does some nice work:metal:
