I know this is over a year old, but I can't seem to find this anywhere else. I'm doing a 66 Panel and don't have my hardware. So I'm trying to make sure the bolts are the same, plus I need to know the sizes of the sleeves/spacers.

My understanding is you won't need sleeves if you use the reproduction ones from Truck Shop. I finally got a set from Truck Shop and will measure the hole diameters. And spacers will depend on if you need them for lining up body panels, fenders, doors.

i did work her with offline and she does have the truck shop ones. the frt bolt behind the "B" pillar is different length if I remember correctly between suburban and panel

I finally got mine from truck shop so I measured the rectangular mounts:

Here's what I think they are supposed to be (Chevy parts book, ron, lewis) Truck shop measurements in blue:
length - 3.0" Truck Shop - 3.25"
width - 1.76" Truck Shop - 1.9"
height (thickness) - 0.92" w/ raised portion, 0.72" w/o raised portion
Truck Shop height - 0.69" w/ raised portion, 0.59" w/o raised portion
rubber side hole diameter - ~0.75" Truck Shop - 0.76"
steel side hole diameter - ~0.44" Truck Shop - 0.62"

Have not installed yet, anybody have a problem with them fitting between the rails, since these are a little wider?

And the diameter of the steel side hole is much larger, looks like it'lll make for a sloppier fit for the bolt?

back to the assy illustration on line 75 there shows a sleeve that goes in the rubber hole around the bolt. they may refer to that as a spacer in the writtn descrition. this fills in the differential in sizes. and use shims as required.
I spent a bit of time going back and forth with Michelle911 about putting his/her body back on and got it done and off to the body shop. I asked if they would write a little note about the experience for others but only see silence. it is a one way street for a lot of people

these insulators were superceded several times over the years. as I said previously the square mounts I believe were used in 60-62. the rectangular mount was also used from 67-72 in suburbans but only see a listing for 69-72 for rectangular insulator part # 69-09703(truck and car shop). don't know what happened to 67/68. wonder if that is the same size as the earlier insulators in the 60-66 kit?. that insulator was used for 42 years.

I am moving up to sayward at the end of aug. it did get delayed a bit but is happening. I do have materials to make them which what I was going to do. if you are up that way drop by and i can share the info

not sure you are interested but i have a 66 panel and i up graded
to 67 thru. 72 suburban. I had to drill the holes in the frame bigger but the parts were easier the get and were better quality.

I have a set of the truck shop mounts left over if some one needs them you can pm me

I finally got to replacing some of my rubber body mounts with the Truck Shop ones. I used the square ones with the sleeves on the frontmost cab mounts. Good fit, previous ones were round, I assume replaced at some point. Don't have the fenders on yet, so don't know if I'll need spacers for added thickness.

I used the rectangular ones to replace my rusted ones in the rear positions. They do fit between the rails, was concerned with extra width. Comments on the install of the rectangular ones:

• No sleeve hardware provided, gotta find your own.
• Raised half moon sections were too low, didn't really make a good positive interlock with the other mating half. OEM height was 0.2”, these are ~0.1" or less. Some were taller than others, not consistent.
• Larger hole on the steel made for a sloppy fit, but not a big deal.
• Thickness was less than original parts (not quite 1/4" less), you may need to use spacers

Not rectangular but has the sleeves. Would want to get the dimensions compared to OEM before I bought these.
