Re: How about some pics of 73-91 crew cabs
Great forum! I normally lurk looking for info from time to time. I thought I'd jump in here though, with some of my favorite style of rare crew cabs!
This top pic is my dually: http://industrialguitar.com/truckpix/tn_100_0272.jpg These others are random web finds while searching for info on these rare big crew cabs: http://industrialguitar.com/truckpix...x/crewcab1.jpg http://industrialguitar.com/truckpix...rux/118_1_.jpg http://industrialguitar.com/truckpix.../118_1__2_.jpg http://industrialguitar.com/truckpix...vyhotpatch.jpg And if I remember right, this is I believe an 88 model Topkick/Kodiak, taken to the extreme: http://industrialguitar.com/truckpix...age_large2.jpg |

Re: How about some pics of 73-91 crew cabs
Thanks! I think that 88 Topkick is still for sale somewhere on the web. Here's the rest of the pix I saved when I stumbled on the listing:

Check out this guy's work too: http://www.bigasstrux.com Some very cool creations he does! |
Re: How about some pics of 73-91 crew cabs
The streets are so narrow in my town I'd never get it around the corners to get home. I'd have to leave it at the edge of town at the Agri Co-Op...

Re: How about some pics of 73-91 crew cabs
here's the ad where i found the 88 topkick pix:

Re: How about some pics of 73-91 crew cabs
Holy....! That looks like a burb on a medium duty frame with a truck bed out back.
|
Re: How about some pics of 73-91 crew cabs
hey, you're right! i never noticed that before, but i bet that's what it is. somewhere i have a pic of a burb on a medium duty frame, grafted onto a topkick front end, but that's probably for another thread...

Re: How about some pics of 73-91 crew cabs
If it seats more than 3, it'll hold a crew wont it?

Re: How about some pics of 73-91 crew cabs
Just picked it up last week. Definately a different experience than driving my 87 regular cab.
