Great looking column!! :D
And man!! I was considering the bango wheel myself. But instead, I got a tilt out of a 74 C10, And I'm shrinking my original wheel down 2" inches. And painting to match.;) There might be some distant genes in common somewhere. Spike:smoke: |

Love the color, quality build you have going, keep up the good work, don't let the guys who lip get to ya, I don't at all, cool to get the kid involved on the build, when mine's old enough I will pick up a new project for sure

Very nice looking truck. I am just starting on my 67. Got any advice. Who did you use for most of your parts?

Say, is that 71 rear a direct bolt in with no mods?

Re: 1967 C10 Urban Retro
I changed my mind for the last time!!! I'm going with POL for my brakes. Does anyone have a coupon code??? I need it, making this purchase tomorrow!!! I loved their very thourough website andf the reviews.

Re: 1967 C10 Urban Retro
Thanks to POL for their great service this morning when I ordered my Brake Kit!!!! While getting off work, I receive a phone call a few hours later from Brandon the sales rep to inform me that my 5 boxes were just shipped!!! Wow. And I saved $135.00 going with POL!!!!! Hopefully everything else goes just as good!!!! I've figured out my Rims I'm going with too!!! 22x9.5 Foose Nitrous with a 266/35/22 tire. On a static drop(for now;)) Mock fitting my wood bed this weekend for prep!!!! that's going to blow some minds and have other scratching their heads!!!! It will be a first!!!!!!

Re: 1967 C10 Urban Retro
Cool! Look forward to seeing your plan for the bed!

Re: 1967 C10 Urban Retro
I agree 100% on going to the bigger car shows in your area to buy parts. The vendor hauls them there to sell, usually the last day of the show when they are packing up is when I make my best buys, cause they do not really want to haul some of that stuff back! Awesome truck build you have going on!

My son and I was up early mock fitting the wood in my bed!!! Alot of adjusting is needed. Plus I'm not exactly 100% sure about the placement of the cross sills. But that's all a easy fix!!!! Headed to Lowe's to see if they can accomodate my super wild idea for my wood. One question? Is there an Expoxy that is UV resistant and that adheres to a laminate????
