Great progress! I notice you said you were using a Fbody oil pan with the ECE motor mounts. Have you tested fitted the pan yet? I tried that on my burb and had to switch to a Cadillac CTsV pan do to interference with the front crossmember.

Thanks!
No I have not test fitted yet, hope to within the next month. Thanks for the heads up, hope it's not a problem. I have been waiting on Thunder racing to ship my cam so I can assemble the engine and It was shipped yesterday so maybe I can get it back together this weekend.

If you look at my build thread I show pictures of the fitment issues with the FBody pan. I'm pretty sure you're going to have to use a different pan.

I got mine at the dealership but I bet you can probably find them on eBay also.

Thanks Hart_Rod! I didn't want to change the oil pan twice so I ordered a CTS V pan last night. I now have an F body pan and a truck pan for sale!

Glad I could help. I just didn't want you going through what I did,. The FBody pan should sell pretty quickly. It works with nearly every other motor mount setup. If you don't have any luck on our board, post it for sale on LS1Tech, it will go quickly there.

You shouldn't have a problem selling that F-body pan on the board to somebody.

Got the engine and trans. Installed today with the help of a couple of buddy's, also got the Boyd tank mounted.Trying to figure out how to adapt the nylon fuel lines to the tank now or trying to decide if I should just bite the bullet and run braided or hard line.

Here are the only ones that I have. Been trying to tune and tweek on it and finally got it running and driving good, after going thru 2 ECM'S 2 sets of injectors, removing the wiring harness and a few other glitches I had I can say the LSX was worth it.next up is to finish the AC install and interior.
