have you traced all the pins/wires end to end? I only ask as maybe there is a break/disconnect somewhere in the wiring?

"Tune is correct as I have checked it, but clearly I just stepped on my d!ck as I didn't make the harness right".

I have a PSI harness as well, with a freshly built 4l80 and Circle D converter. Thought my ISS was bad as I'm getting p0171 as well. Now I'm going to double check and make sure these goons pinned the harness correctly.

Very common issue with PSI, Didn't know that when Mooseknuckles started this thread 4 years ago.
