Re: 1966 SBFS project low and go

well ...
Been working on mounting the batteries in a compartment in the front of the box with the fuel tank and air system. Going to have to have a custom tank made to fit up front which one of my buddies is going to volunteer for .....he just doesn't know it yet....I hide alot of stuff on my builds because i like that kind of look and am going with that theme on this project but am really running out of room to put stuff. Managed to put a motor on the rear section of the box so that last piece you see not only slides out but is a power slide now.....

Dually has a electrical gremlin I haven't found yet and I will be chasing that in a week or so ...I think it's in the air bags...any way it's getting there just a few little fixes. You know how those california/arizona trucks are....wipers never work....heater never works....your lucky if it has door glass....LMAO Man i need to move to a place where you don't need any of those things this living in winter wonderland sucks...
- 66 slow and and go is taking to long but there is alot of fab going on
-65 street truck is really going together nice....
-58 rocks and is a blast but needs a few things
-66 Pro truck hasn't seen love in a while and i have to get on it
-69 Z/28.....man i can't believe i took that apart....ugh
-53 my buddies that I am finishing is wicked...but along way out....

Are ya hapy now I am depressed thinking how much i have to do yet...I have to complete 3 of those plus the 58 before summer....

Well my first trip will be to portland for the swap meet in april....Thats a blast and i bought a car trailer load of rusty gold last year....chuckles. I would love to do a route 66 cruise kinda thing or something but will have to see how it pans out.....After my trip from He77 when I tried to go to Dino's an made it like a 1/3 of the way before Kaos took over i am a little shy to roll too far from home

Dude...

If you can make that turbo shaker fit in your engine bay and make it look as amazing as it does.....least i can do is to put a steel floor in . But i do admitt that it a tough cut.....the last steel 72 floor in a GM box that i will ever find......chuckles....
