That is a very nice frame. I have a couple questions for you thou. What does the dimple die look like that you are using. Is it a hydralic or a mechanical press? Also does your frame have any drain holes incase you get water in those holes or do you plan on enclosing them with tubing? With such an entensive dimple die job could you still have some kind of cage on your frame. I'm sorry for all the questions but like to know everything before trying my ideas. I just started a build under a different category and look to this one for major fabs but I am still at a novice level. Thanks for any info in advance.

Re: Extreme Powder Coating '65 C-10 Shop Truck

Mike, Dan Pressed the dies in a hydaulic press. We also did a few small parts at my shop with a small shop press. I purchased this die on e-bay 2 inch . Also the frame has drain holes .

Re: Extreme Powder Coating '65 C-10 Shop Truck

With the 2" dimple die holes do you still have room to weld a cage if you choose too. I plan on running an extensive frame cage and like the look of the dimple die holes?

What size is that air tank?
Your exhaust is sweet, and your wheels look fantastic.
Keep up the great work.

Do you have any pictures of how the cap was modified to be held onto the smoothies? I'd like to do that on my next project.

Re: Extreme Powder Coating '65 C-10 Shop Truck

Check out Delmo on this forum, his shop did the wheel modification. The photo I posted was from Del's shop. I should have the wheels in a couple weeks. I will then post more wheel photos.
