thanx guys!! ive got some updates. ive been making another dash extention piece for another member on this forum so i been pretty busy on that. i made it all one piece this time and it turned out better. im really happy with this one.

also i liked chevyrestoguy seat bracket chop idea so i started on mine. need to finish them up and paint. then im gonna make a cover that bolts over this area to cover it all up nice

Dude, you are going to love that bracket mod! Those seats are so comfortable. but they sit up too high in our trucks. Just a couple of inches makes a huge difference because your legs stretch out a little more and your shoulders are right at the window edge, just where they should be. Why have a slammed suspension and a stock height seat? Gotta have 'em both slammed!

ya ive got them in the truck now.. they are awesome. makes it alot easier to get in and out too. i will get a pic of the cover i made tomorrow. and yes i agree about the slammed seat. feels cool sitting low

btw ive got 2 weeks off coming up so im really thinking about tearing it down to pancake the crossmember, hide my radiator up inside the core support, lower my bumper 3/4 inch
and possibly freshin up the tranny while ive got it out..

I've got two weeks off for Christmas shut down coming too.
I see you have a pretty good list of things to do on your time off. Hope I don't squander my time. Focus,,,,,video,,,,remove frame table,,,,,,,install rear bags...

well it was fun while it lasted but i decided that it wasnt low enough in the front. So i tore it down so i can pancake the crossmember.

Been a bit since i checked in.. No limit of creativity!! I am finally getting to enjoy mine on the road after two years. Those led's were up my ally of ideas as well. Lookn good
