Stock 15x8 with 60's,just like they did back in the day in North Carolina!!!
Nothing like 1970-1981 cars and trucks!!! I wish that I could find those old PLAYBOY Bunny air freshners. They were the BEST ever.:metal:

I used to pass through Savannah a lot on my way to Memphis. Very pretty down there. Plus you guys have one of the best civil war sites I've ever visited.

Lucky for you, you're about an hour west of one of the best truck fab shops in the country.

Here you go:

Beware - it ain't cheap.

SBTork, I got the decal from the woodward dreamcruise in Detroit. Gm was handing them out left and right at their boths. This last cruise (2008), they did not hand them out. I got one 2006 and 2007.

I don't have any experience with them, no. I know they've gotten a few magazine features, though. Considering all the mini-trucking going on up here (huge show in Nashville every year, lots of minis but not just minis) I'm sure they do quite a bit of business. The same rules apply to small trucks as big ones. S10s are very close to the same suspension we have.

My advice would be to buy a dropmember and put it in if you're looking to spend that amount of money, though. I have a link to a square body build on another site (that competes with this one), but you don't have PMs enabled for me to be able to send it to you.

then send them my way:lol:

Hey guys, I'm new to the forum and Canadian...try not to hold that against me. I thought I'd try to post a picture of my 81 big block.
Cheers

All right I'll try to post a couple of more pics.
Smokedog, I believe you a right, as far as a I can remember those are Stealth rims 20x8.5. They are a couple of years old now so I had a difficult time finding one more for a spare, but I did in the end. Hopefully one day there will be rear discs shining through!

I've been checkin out all the nice trucks on here and I thought I'd join in.
I've noticed this section has grown a bunch since the last time I looked.
Really great trucks guys!

I traded this 81 for a 79 short bed I didn't keep because of all of the rust
it had I didn't know about til I pulled up the carpet. I did a bad trade just to
get those round headlights. I don't think I have any pics of the 79.

I guess I'll stick to the long beds for now, those were the only shortbed I've had.
I've had a few long beds and I guess I like them better for some strange reason.
I've put up a pic with my 77 in the background too.

Nate.

I am a firm believer in "to each his own" but personally wire wheels look kinda tacky. The ones on the stepper are *****in' though! If the wire wheels are your thing, roll em! But i think there are better options. Beautiful truck tho, lots of great potential! Good luck! ;)

Yeah i'm not real big on the wires eather. They are what came on the truck when I got it and at least they arn't GOLD. My ideal set up would be some 15x12 alloy slotted mags with mickey thompson street slicks and a mini tub with a step side bed.
