Re: 1968
Today, it rained again that makes three days in a row. I guess I don't need to work on the old girl. I am trying to collect some parts so when it does slack off, I can show some progress.

Yes it don't look like tomorrow is going to be any dryier. a lot of rain is coming up from the south towards Cuba. The boys keep asking me. Are we going to work on the truck and I keep telling them maybe tomorrow. The big brown truck came today. I got my new set of arm rest and the dash pad today.

Re: 1968
Well it rained again today. That makes 6 days in a row. Another 1 1/2 thats makes about 10 inches in the lst week. I did get to fix the pass side tire today. It kept on leaking down. Their is a bone yard about 1 mile from my home so I took it over to them. They fixed it up for me. I been doing business with them for years. Only charged 5.00 I think he just wanted to do me a favor. everywhere else is 15.00 and up.

I made it through the first ten pages and you've been moving at a blistering pace. I'll try and read the rest tomorrow morning. Keep up the great work if you're not finished already

Re: 1968
Started in installing my new front rubber brake lines. I had to re-work my brake lines. I thought 3/16 would be ok. I used 3/16 on the front and rear. But I think I will use 1/4 inch to the rear like they should have been. Just a minor set back. My bag. I am waiting on parts anyway.

Re: 1968

Just caught up on your build. You're a inspiration for some of us younger guys. If I make it to your age I hope I can still get out and enjoy myself like you have been. Keep up the good work
