second pic. There was about 10 people in the car and the 2 on the fenders lol. The flame show went on for 3 min.

Tomorrow we are going to Northern Showdown in Milton. It is a fun custom show with lot's going on and a limbo contest that I will be the first looser again this year lol. It is a charity event for "Make a wish", which makes it even better.

We drove all over southern Ontario this weekend,truck ran great. 280mi and got 21mpg:metal:
Saturdays show was great, met up with a bunch of people and cruised to the show with them. I was the first looser in the limbo again, but it's fun. Took home a top 75 plaque and a bucket of Armor-all products.

So last Sunday we met up with the guys from Ontario Rat Rods (Facebook page) for there first Rat rod tour. We met up at a pub (about an hour drive from my home) for meet and greet, then went on a 20mi cruise. It was really fun. They parked me on the front lawn of the pub during lunch. Great bunch of people.

There was and it was lots of fun.
NP Jim. It was way more fun than a car show, I have always loved seeing old stuff drive down the road. We are talking about doing it once or twice a year.

So with how much I have been driving the truck this year. My music situation was getting annoying (plug headphone jack into phone, turn on amp, select music and adjust). So I went out and got a sweet deck, no CD. It is half the depth of a regular deck. The amp now powers a 10" sub behind the seat and I mounted the deck in the back of the glove box. Works and sounds great. :metal:

Today I finally got to installing the door to floor wind lance. That will stop the one draft I have in the truck. I had them for about a year but I misplaced the steel keepers.

Well just pre-registered for the Goodguys show in Charlotte NC end of October. We had such a good trip last year we are going again. We will be driving the '52 pulling our camper, can't wait.
