it might be an idea to put the old covers on an LS7 as a cover over the ignition and the LS covers not sure if they would cover enough though

This one just might recquire a BEAST of an engine from MAST Motorsports...750hp LS...who knows, but I would deffinately keep all the original stuff also ! I wont do anything to this car that I cant easily reverse !

Pretty sure that the front fenders & the doors & a lot of the glass & the patch panels on the rear quarters are same as '55 chevy 2-dr HT.

Lotsa parts-sharing went on across GM labels back in those years.

That is interesting ! I know nothing about these cars...I just seen it and fell in love with it !

I'd heard of these
Dagmar bumpers
Postwar Cadillacs began sporting missile pointed bumper elements with their 1946 models. Beginning with the 1951 models, stylists began lifting these bumper guards up into the grille work, however by 1953 their shape and detail began to take on a bullet motif with the tips of the element being scored in the manner in which a bullet casing is shaped

Stout looking pieces, Mike. That sway bay is something else too - very cool piece.

I am very impressed with the quality / thickness and overall look (the way they machine the ends) and that they are actual threaded links bars.. TOP NOTCH...and that front torsion sway bar is just the cat's meowwww!

was going to do 22x12's but there is only 1 tire that will work on them so I am going to do 22x10's with 4 inch backspace

Slick! Have you thought of running the sway bar through the framerail, instead of below?
