Out of curiosity, what size tires are you running? I went 245/45R17 front and 275/40R18 back but only because those were stock sizes for the Vette wheels I have. I considered getting a second set of rears and going 18's all around to better fill the wheel gap up front, or I could lower the front but I'd have to change my 400lb coil over springs to something lighter. I don't want a bunch of rake in the front anyway. Yours looks good the way it sits. Hope you like the vette suspension. Been lovin mine for 15 thousand miles now.

225/45R17 in the front and 255/45R17 in tbe back. I think the vette suspension would be great if the roads aroud here would be in better shape.

I can sympathize. Roads here seem to consist more of pothole than actual asphalt. Thanks for the info.

Well a new season of cruising is finely started. Good way to start the year, my truck is featured in V8 Passion. (Car magazine publish in French in Quebec Canada)

Thanks, im still enjoying it a lot, more cruising this summer in the forecast. Just under 35000 miles in 5 years and still going strong.

its good you are enjoying the truck with the work that went into it. I started a 56 project a few weeks ago doing new firewall and front floors in and new cab mount boxes. will start a thread soon

I saw you and the truck on Friday morning driving in to Back to the 50’s, when I wandered over later in the day you were not around. Your truck looked great considering driving through torrential rain to get there.

Thanks, wasn't the nicest drive for sure but it wasn't the first time and won't be the last drive in the rain.

The green machine is getting some work done before the new cruising season begins.
New front wheel bearings, front crankshaft seal, oil change and a good under carriage cleaning.
