Tony,

Looks like you're the "King" of the 4-5-6 stuff,. What would be a good price for a take-off tailgate? I'm a 67-72 guy, but found this one locally and couldn't pass on it, :). I would really like to trade it for a similar condition 67-72 tailgate for one of my trucks. You wouldn't happen to have one of those in your stash would ya? :D Take care.

Did you get your tube with the tank straps, cushions & bolts? I do have the rubber filler neck, the plastic filler neck, the hose clamps and a factory chrome gas cap, so let me know which items you want/need and I will price them, including shipping.

Thanks for the inquiry. I have several nice painted 4-5-6 Chevy truck grille assemblies. Do you need the entire assembly, including the mounting brackets, buckets, rings, bezels & harness or just the shell?

Super nice gate! I specialize in '60-'66 Chevy/GMC trucks and parts, therefore, I don't have any other years. Are you interested in any other items, in trade?

I sell excellent, used, rust-free, dent-free fleetside tailgates for $300.00, but I would think you can get more than that for your take-off gate, tut it is hard to say, what it will bring. Good luck and thanks for the kind words.

Thanks for the information Tony. I don't know alot about this year model as I deal mainly with the 67-72's. Hopefully I can find someone that has what I need that is willing to trade. Take care and keep up the good work taking care of the 456 guys.

Good morning and thanks for the inquiry. I have a good, used carb for the inline six. It is $90.00, including shipping. It appears to be in good, working order, but I haven't installed or run it, so it may or may not need a kit. I also have a factory NOS carb for an inline six. It has never been installed or run. It is in the original box. It is $225.00, including shipping.

I see many of the aftermarket truck parts suppliers sell a remanufactured unit, that range in price from $129.00 - $249.95 + core charge + tax + shipping. Please let me know if I can help.

Good deal. The filler neck assembly consists of:

rubber filler neck hose
two tower clamps
plastic filler neck that holds cap
fuel tank cap
rubber filler neck grommet

If you need this entire set-up, if is $52.00, including shipping. If you just need the rubber hose, you should pick it up from your local auto parts store for a few bucks.

I accept PayPal at: 4-5-6chevytrucks@sbcglobal.net

Let me know what parts you need and I will reply accordingly. Thanks for the opportunity and enjoy the day.

A true "take-off" original fleetside tailgate is, not only rare, but valuable. Most of them have 40+ years of wear & tear on them, and they show it. Good luck with it. I am sure the right buyer will come along.

Do you need a factory gas gauge for a dash cluster with warning lights or a dash cluster with gauges? They are different and not interchangeable. The fuel gauge for the dash cluster with gauges has an oil pressure gauge with it, so I assume you need the fuel gauge only.

I shipped you a nice one today, via USPS-Priority Mail, so you should have it Monday or Tuesday. Thanks for your business and please let me know if I can help you with other good, used '60-'66 Chevy/GMC truck parts in the future. Enjoy the day.

Hey Tony, Question about bumper guards, I think I've seen repro chrome versions but how hard is it to find original painted white ones? Is this a rare item and pricey?
I've been thinking about a set for the Burb but it seems wasteful to buy chrome and paint them white.

Hey Tony I would need both the high hump and the cover. Shipping would be to 76542

Jon:

Thanks for the inquiry. I see them on eBay from time-to-time, but not often and they are pretty pricey. I think I paid over $100.00, plus shipping for the '64, '65 and '66 Silver Books I have.
