Awesome job Dennis! I see I'm last to the game, story of my life lately! This is all it takes to learn this stuff, by doing it. Success is nothing but a trail of mistakes.

I hope there is another road trip planned to Colorado when Silver is done!

i messed up and told him make it 20" and i need 21" for the stock cover to hold it. i'm gonna see if Billy or someone can weld aluminum and put a 1 1/2" spacer on the bottom... always something.

That is a SWEET looking radiator! I can weld aluminum in a pinch, shipping might eat your lunch but I would weld the spacer if you want to send it to me.

Dennis, that thing looks nice. It will really look good in Silver. I will also mention to you that there are people on here with access to CNC and other fab equipment. Maybe they can just build you a spacer of sorts that could just sit under the radiator. I would not weld on it if you can help it. I would be afraid to for the chance of a warranty issue down the road.

man thats a good idea but the way it sits in the core support i have to use the stock rubber mounts. i'm pretty sure there wont be an issue with the warranty as long as i'm not welding on the radiator itself.
