they are running in a straight line buddy... i just double checked;)

basically Swervin and Jeff here have it covered on Jeff's website 73-87.com

the best advice i can give you is order the gauges and don't be scared about tearing them apart:D then follow the directions on Jeff's awesome writeup. the only difference is i used the smaller 2 1/16" gauges

me too John!! im sanding down the white part of the bezel nice and smooth then paint it and take care of the turn signal lights while i'm waiting for Jeffs custom brackets so i wont have to glue the tach and speedo in;) little at a time:metal:

Dennis, check the small gauge measurements you PM'd me, they don't add up (literally).

I submitted my order, and added a little extra play on the small brackets, to allow for adjustability and to account for the addition snafu.

Hope to get them by the end of the week if all goes well.

No problem, got the drawings to the shop, they are busy, so it looks like they'll be cut next week. Hang tight, I'll get the brackets to you so you can put your big ones in.

:lol: i have been busy tonight... a lot of custom stuff going on!:lol: i'll have pics up in a few. waiting for paint to dry. i made a custom harness for the turn signals with modded light sockets, sanded and painted the white bezel part black, and did a lot more wiring work. cleaned everything up with zip ties. turned out really clean:)

i'm going to mount the relay box today along with the tac module. start figuring how the mount the ls gas pedal. this morning im supposed to pick up the fenders and dropping off my brake booster to get painted. more pics later!:D

That looks good man. I like the fact that you are going through the effort for the stock blinkers. That is a nice trick that a lot of people won't even think of.

thanks for the comments fellas! this weekend all i did was break stuff and waste time trying to fix what i broke... not a good time out there. got my fenders and i have to have him redo them. i'm really upset about that to say the least. i'm going to sandblast them then use the grinder on the surface rust the painter just likes to paint over. quality workmanship for sure. heres a couple pics of the stock wheel on after hours of cleaning nasty gooey stuff off...

last ones of our babies that keep me sane while Amy's at work. they are ready for dinner!:lol:

I've had lots of nights where I felt like all I did was break crap! Luckily, the next night is usually better. Stick with it buddy! Great work so far.

I believe the painter would be "totin' an a$$ woopin' ", if he was down here in the Dirty South!

And my fiancé has a minature pooch that has run of our place too. She thinks she is the queen of the Casa, and I'm not allowed to tell her otherwise.
