Thanks. So my son decided the truck need a different look so we decided to make the hood a little smaller, we welded the hood shut and cut it along the hood body line

Wow thats what I said when my son mentioned we should do a custom hood opening. I want to do a forward tilt hood if i can find some hinges that will work, Or I might have to make some.

Is there some way to take it apart? Like if you got a dent in the front fender? Would the entire front clip need to be removed?

The 70's corvette opened forward, maybe you could find or copy the vette hood hinges.

Did some work today on the hood frame. Just trying to figure out if i should extend the hood to the windshield, has anyone done this

Thanks for the compliments. Did a little work on the Hood, Got the hood welded to the frame and intalled 7 series bmw hood hinge

Amazing work on the front clip. I'd love to do that but, my metal work isnt as fine tuned as yours. Youre only about and hour away from me arent you?

Yea thats not too far. Im in Merced almost every other day for work. I do automation and gate work. If Im ever in the area Ill have to look ya up and check the truck out! (maybe you can show me a thing or two about fab work)
