Nope, mine is far from original. It's a work in progress and will evolve a little more with a '79 front clip. My first plan for the truck was going to be orange paint, but I really like black. Originally the truck was a red/white two tone with a fleetside bed and a maroon bench interior.

this thread has me seriously thinkin about coming over to the stepside lol :mmmk: the only thing holding me back is that i do haul stuff once in a while and the capacity of a fleetside is nice

It was a custom trucks of texas seat and I took it apart and had a guy do the seats, door panels and dash. I had the embroidery done also. I painted the arm rest/storage compartment with the same paint that's used on pianos

Cheap steel wheels, powdercoated black. 15x8 & 15x10 rear has 1" adapter spacers. I want to step up to 11" rears. Tires are 255 frt 275 rear

Just bought this longbed 86 over the weekend.... Can't wait to get startedd working on it, need to tune up the 292 a bit first

Westwind i had a 78 chevy step the same brown with chrome bumpers. I kept that one 12 years. Great old truck.

The 77 that I bought, then my daughter bought it from me, then sold to my son, then he sold it back to her.....for some reason we just can't let it go:):):)

The 78 Chevy Sport my mom had. I am re-creating it (there is a thread on it in the Squarebody Projects section)

The 76 we just bought.....couldn't resist when we saw this baby for sale.....we added the lettering:):)

They are US Mags 15x9 with 275/60-15 Cooper Cobras on all 4 corners. The truck is begging to be lowered now. :lol:
