That'll help fill out those big fleetside fenders, too.

Thanks Rus. Another temporary option is to run some 1" wheel spacers in the rear. Any thoughts on that guys? Are they safe to run? I guess I should clarify that they are not just spacers but adapters, they have their own wheel studs and lug nuts.

Just curious why you bought new rear tires if you plan to run 15x7's and 15x8's when you switch to 5-lug?
Won't you have to buy tires again?

No I was planning on running the same tires. They should work, I ran 235/70s on 8" Rallies on my 72, so I was hoping the 235/75s would be fine? Another option is to run the 15x6s in the front and the 15x7s in the rear.

I know I have been wanting to bag it for some time now. Probabley start with the PB stage 1 kits to get'er down low, but would really love to just go all out so I can have the low ride height.

Re: Shawno72's long overdue 68 daily driver build thread

Speaking of options I realized I haven't listed all the goodies and options that I've added, so let's see if I can remember.
Chrome bumpers front and rear.
Tach/air pressure dash.
Tilt column.
Am/Fm radio.
Light to the glove box.
Blazer under dash lights.
Complete soft ray glass.
V8 engine.
Posi trac rear end.
Choke delete.
Throttle cable option.
Buddy bucket seats.
"Custom" door badges soon to be "CST" badges.
Front sway bar.
Lfd's 71-72 gas pedal upgrade.
Headlight relay upgrade.
4 core radiator with 4x4'fan shroud since the engine sits in the 6 cyl position.
Locking glove box lock.

That's all I can remember for now.

So with your positrac rear end does the soon to be CST emblems mean completely sideways truck? great list of options I'm just about ready to tackle my interior lights in the cab so I can see what the hell I'm doing at night when I get in
