I'm guessing this was a 4x4 swapped front or someone put the coil rear suspension purposely for trails and off roading?

I looked at this truck a month or so ago he was asking 2000 for it said he would take 1800 I agreed on the price then he tells me he wanted 2300 for it a real hard fellow to deal with it's been setting 20 years doesn't run 6 cylinder
