Thanks for the compliments guys. Got driver side door work done. Just need some more scuff pads for the grinder. Will need a little glaze over the scrape repair...but its ready. Rocker & cab corner preppped, sp on to interior door tomorrow, which wont take much and the pass door.

90* still outside and just too damn hot since ive been at it 6 days a week lately. So moved inside and completed cluster clean up. Its ready to reinstall.

Ha Ha..
Yea It's going to be 94 tomorrow Bud!

Thanks greg. Just dusted it with a paint brush. Light polish on the lens and added a few more lights in the auxilliary plugs. Should be a little brighter. Will try and install tomorrow. Lots of tape will go down.

Well, the rain and hail stopped my body prep plans. Did get tons of tape down and cluster hooked up and installed. With no scratches!! Got courtesy light in glovebox run and installed along with new rubber bumpers for the door. Got se sealer down in jams and driverside inner door sanded before dark and muggy.

Thanks guys. Still plugging along. Ordered the new engine harness since we went from a 6 to an 8. Will have to lengthen the alternator wires as its on the pass side now. Also got all the window weather stripping enroute.

Yeah......and was that a brow beater. Tons of tape....knew I'd only get one shot on install without scratches. Some come out easy and some are tight. This is a tight one. My fleetside cluster just pops out. But, no scratches so I was happy!!!!

Hopefully more color this week. Goal is to complete the cab and doors. (just pass door left to figure out. Then back to engine/trans so I can button it back up and bed painted if I get time before my Nov 8 deadline.

Window belt line kit came in, door gaskets and the cab gaskets. Will work on stripping doors for paint and get back glass installed this weekend. Calling for alot of rain sat/sun so no paint work.

is your flasher on the correct side for a 63'?, just noticed it on the drivers right side...

Where its always been as far as I can tell. No other holes under the dash. Ive looked at the factory accessory book and it shows both sides which is kinda confusing. I have the vent cable on the left of the column...so ill leave the flasher on the right.

Almost ready for final wet sand on cab. Little more glaze left to do. Door came out great but alot of work. Back glass installed this morning and should be ready for cab paint next weekend. Still need to disassemble door and prep pass door.
Also pic of tank and back cab undercoated from last week. Had it covered due to no back glass.
