Just going to share a little bit of what is going on in my life right now, I have had my family living in a 2 bedroom 800 sq ft farmhouse for the last 3 1/2 years while we push our business Slosh Tubz to try to "Make it" we have been looking for a place to call our own for a while now, but we have not been able to find just the right combination. The search is now over we found a beautiful historic home built in 1908 that the same family has lived in since 1933, now it is an old home with all of the old home quirks but we love it. The home has everything that we need room for everyone inside plus a 4 car garage and a 30x40 shop, where i will be able to work in the evenings and still be at home with my family! That being said we are more then excited to be going to this chapter in our lives, so heres a few pictures of the place

looks like a great place from the pictures , plenty of room there for expansion too should it be needed
hope everything works out with the manufacturing and shipping and stuff (power , acces roads , aprovals , that sortah stuff )

Cant wait for you to see it, it doesnt have as much cool wood work as your house but its a pretty neat place. We are excited to have everyone come over for the after/after Clem's party!

Mike, looks like you found the car (truck) guys dream place. House looking well taken care of over the years. Ceilings look high enough for a lift, tell wifey your Christmas list, early enough :lol::metal:;) ...Jim

thanks man, i think it is just about perfect for what i need!
the house is in amazing shape, it does need updated a little inside but in great shape. and yes i think a lift will be my first big purchase after putting in a double garage door.

Congrats on the new house! That's always exciting. Looks like you'll have some nice workspace! We actually found a house on Zillow that was perfect for us. One level, and what appeared to be a 2 car garage from the front was actually a 837sq.ft garage. But alas, they accepted an offer after 1 day on the market!

Looking forward to more build progress when it's time!

Congrats on the new dig's for the family Losh. After the move ya gotta find the time and dime's to get Bertha fired up hopefully . It is nerve racking though stick with it.
