It is a Summit tank, it might be easier to install a Blazer tank, but with my truck being bagged the tank will hit the ground someday and I won't have to worry as much.

britt and i both noticed it but she said it first...leave it to britt....haha and it took you how long to get that GMC outta the shop?? lol I got my paint, well some of it. all but the base and tinted clear....got all the primers, sealers, catalyst etc. all DBC paint. Going sealer, white epoxy primer, 2 coats white base, 2 coats starfire pearl tinted clear, 2 coats dbc 500 with crystal blue pearl and then the several coats of the expensive clear.....should look good. ill post a pic on my page when i can...shutdown at work has me tied up...

Yep, my nephew's 72' Highlander. We call it the "dog house" cause that is where Ronnie will be stayin when he pisses off the little woman at home!! It's not a bad dog house either!

Engine should be painted this weekend, possibly the inside of the bed too. I will be ordering the wood bed rails in about 3 weeks or so and then the seats will be covered sometime in September. But do plans ever really work out????

My brother got me a cool birthday present and I know some of you guys are gonna be jealous. My brother is a Snap-On dealer and I was too for a while. These were limited edition jackets and they didn't make a whole lot of em, and they only made them last year.

Thanks. He has his moments. I am getting the bed ready and the block ready for paint so I can do them at the same time. The bed got some attention this weekend. I'll post some pics.

The bed needed some love so we started sanding and grinding and putting on some filler for the dings and light surface craters. The inner fenders are looking much better but still need a little more time spent on sanding and filling. Got it in primer so it wouldn't rust away overnight and hopefully I will be able to get on it again this coming weekend. The engine is still sitting and is going to scuffed up and sanded where needed for paint.
