As you can see I still need the wire rails to make it look neat.
This will be my last update for a week. I am flying up north to Rockford Ill. I am glad that we had some nice weather to work on the truck before I left.

Looks good, George. Way to overcome your setback. Engine looks pretty sharp with that aluminum intake on there. Thinking of getting my starter and some other stuff installed this weekend, too.

Well guys I made it home from up-state Il. with no problem. All that worring over some snow. No snow at all. But now I hear there is snow on the ground after I left. What timing.
Going to rest a few days and start with some work on the old girl.

Yep (at least up here). Lots of heavy wet snow with a cold snap coming which means the roads will be icy rutted up messes. Enjoy Florida!

Hope she gets to feeling better George. My stepdad went last week to the hospital for the same thing. He had a inner ear infection causing the vertigo.

I have suffered with Vertigo numerous times in the past in the last 7 years, all the Dr.s say is do eye exercises and maybe try laying on your back then roll to one side and get back up again. Its been difficult at times but somehow i have been able to manage it so far.

I wish your wife well and hope she to finds ways to cope, i know its not fun to deal with.

Re: 1968

Re: 1968

Today I sanded the rain gutters and primed them for the seam sealier.
I also applied the seam sealier to the rain gutter.
I repaired the weld burns on the drivers side door. It was welded from the inside for the mirrow brackets.
also above the fender badges was a small spot that needed some love.
