The previous owner restored the wheels and caps. They look great but I'm not sure if the wheels will work with discs.

That is a good looking, very clean C10, I also like the dark green a lot, works nice being a stepper. Good buy.

Slow-1...Thanks and yep, good ol' firebird wheels. Its my father-in-laws trailer. He needed tires for it and picked them all up at an auction for cheap.

Wow! That's a beautiful C20! What drop did you use? I'd like to bring mine down, but have only found springs. Wasn't sure if you found spindles or how low on springs you did.

Thanks! the front I used 3" drop spindles, I think airbagit.com has them. the rear I removed 3 leaf springs with airshocks.

Thank you! That is exactly what I've been looking for!! I had been getting frustrated by people telling me that drop spindles weren't available for C20's and above. That will definitely allow me to get the drop I want while retaining towing capacity. :chevy:

good looking kid you have there....what are your plans for the truck...

Patrickramming409 11-21-2013 07:32 PM

Re: How about some pics of 67-72 Part II

my plan with the truck is too put it back as original. the person who owned it took to motor and trans out of it 10 years ago and never touched it after because he didn't know what he was doing. I have taken the motor to someone who is going to clean it up, and rebuild it. same with trans. the interior is trashed so I need to order new seat cover, knobs, steering wheel, rubber mat, and glove box insert, dash pad, and ac ducting. I want the truck to look like it did when my grandfather drove it off the lot. I am going to remove the large under bed tank, but leaving the neck in place. the reason for removing tank is I am never going to use it, and would like to remove some of that extra weight. truck is totally rust free, and is perfect for restoration. this will be my second truck to restore. I did a 1966 c10 in 2001.

Re: How about some pics of 67-72 Part II

honestly I don't know the tire size on it. I have been overly concerned with that, but I will take a look, and let you know.
