Where do I start?
I parted out my PB short box project, but I kept some of the best goodies for myself. I also came across an abandoned project that I also parted out and kept some for myself out of that as well. Its basically a different truck. Heres a few pics of how she looked when i pulled her in the shop last fall. |

Yanked the front clip and engine/trans
New drivetrain is a Big Block 454 with a mild cam. The engine was in a 1979 Camper Special. The previous owner, a very good friend of mine was down south years ago when he blew the original engine. He was on a deadline and just had a local dealership put in a new crate 454. He hadn't put 10,000kms on it when i bought it. Transmission is a brand new TH400 with a 2500stall. |

New wheels are chrome 20/22 Ramblers by USmags. A very nice wheels for the price point. Tires are 265/35/22 and 245/35/20.Ignore the blue fenders, just used them for test fitting the wheels.

With some help from Slammed66 a long standing member on here. I added bags and an Accuair air management system. The Accuair is currently only partially installed. It still needs the ride sensors installed but I've decided to leave that for a winter project and just cruise the rest of the summer.
I mounted the tank, compressors and and management system using Accuairs ExoMount system, keeps everything nice and tidy. I plan on building a vented box to cover it eventually. I bought the hidden ashtray for the Accuair controller from a guy on Instagram. Its wicked slick. Keeps everything hidden, kind of important when security is nonexistent. |

I have never been a fan of the 72' front end. I am a 67/68 guy at heart. But since I can't afford to to repaint the truck at this time. A bumper change is about all thats gonna happen.
A new 67-70 chrome bumper and a pair Ebay lights with integral signal lights did the trick. I'm much happier, at least for now. |

Which now brings us to this.
Gonna run her until the snow flies and then complete the Accuair install and a few other things that i'm unhappy with. |
