Thanks dman I am trying to get my wiring straightened out with my battery relocate. Have you been able to drive it yet?

need some help guys, i got my gauges in and went to instal them and i need a adapter fitting, does anyone know the exact part number of the fitting? or if i can use one out of another vehicle? really want these gauges in soon!!! after these are done i can actually drive my truck!!!

Duh...wow can't believe I missed that the fitting in the back of the head, for the temp gauge, I got the temp sending unit with my gauges, but the fittings they got don't work, I seen some adapter fittings that should work, I also seen where some guys just use a different sending unit...wow my dumb moment was right there

well just ordered the fitting for the temp gauge, 20 bucks shipped...would have been cheaper but i want it sooner than later!!!

Thanks man, I was just talking with another member yesterday, but the drive is there just not the motovation, I'm gonna get my but out there and get it done today

Dont loose motivation!! If you do read over some other peoples build threads or watch some ls swap videos and get pumped up!! I am always pumped up about my swap just wish I had more time to get on it!

I agree man, I been at it for over two months almost nonstop I have been able to putt it around so after lunch I'm going out there and gonna get her done

Got the gauges in and working, gotta recalibrate the speedo but it works, looks pretty good in there I think

Trust me I know!! I've had my cluster out about 15 times! I actually added an older style tach/fuel gauge combo to mine a few months ago.

Yup it takes no time! I pull it out to adjust my drac mod when I change tire sizes and when I swapped the 91 gauges in and when I added the tach.

ya i used, I'm going to put another one on the back of it, its doing some rattling around in there and i can here it, if i can't get a zip tie in there I'm going to clamp it down

it was one of the big ones, about a 1/4 inch wide or so...do you think that is a little close to your hood springs?

I checked the clearance today n its good...I cant move the pcm too much as the wiring is kinda short so where its at there in da pic is as far as I could put it. im running dbc
