Thanks Russ |
Re: Lets see those BUDDY BUCKETS!!!!!!!
I called Ricks in December and the lady I spoke with said they are indeed still selling the seat covers but they wouldn’t be ready until June or July because they had a lot of orders to fill. I found a local guy instead, cost less and I don’t have to install them. Ricks products are nice but pricy considering the install is on you.

Re: Lets see those BUDDY BUCKETS!!!!!!!
I received covers before Christmas. Yes, there was a wait, most of the local shops were months out on getting something done so I went ahead and ordered from Ricks. Great service and very nice covers. I am happy with them.

Are the black items I circled on the front of the console seat belt clips? What do they look like up close? How do I get two?
My console has two factory looking holes on each side, and I've always wondered what they were for. |

I bought NOS clips off eBay. I may have another set at home but I'm 2500 miles away till mid June.

Re: Lets see those BUDDY BUCKETS!!!!!!!
Finally got around to re-upholster my buddy buckets last night, just need to clean and paint the slider to consider them done. Added a couple of stainless steel cupholders to the seat back as well.
One question, might be lame, but here goes. The strap with the velcro, on top of the buddy seat foldable back, what's it's purpose? https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/pw...-no?authuser=0 https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/pw...-no?authuser=0 |

I sure hope I'm able to reuse this rubber U-channel. I'm going to flip it over so the new staples go into a fresh side. The original staple side has some cracks starting to form in it.
