I hope so. Mine was off the road for about 9 years before I bought it. At least it's getting attention now. Hope to be running before the end of the year.

Kitchen looks good, I did quartz counter tops in our kitchen along with some terrazzo stone and egyptian glass tiles for the back splash areas. I know all about whose kitchen it is and who pays...

Hey alan there is a company that makes one piece window kits for 4-5-6 truck called vintage glass out of lawrencville GA. Just FYI. I checked on them for mine and with felts,seals and custom cut windows was like 500. BTW nice kitchen man!

dunno if it would make a difference in the way you did yours, but did you know you can unscrew the metric fitting out of the pump and replace it with a SAE one?

It may be a little late for this, but did you know all it takes to convert the pump over is to change the fitting on the back of the pump..

I officially don't know what it is called, but when I am using a 94 serpentine setup for my 70, and all I had to do was unscrew the large bolt fitting (my yellowish arrow point to it) from the new style pump, and screw in the one from the old style that my 72 pump had. I was able to use the original 70-72 hoses then on mine. If I ever decide to go with the later model box with a quicker ration, then I can swap the plug back and use the later style lines. Sorry I didn't think about it earlier when you were starting on yours. My head has been stuck in computer/network issues at work lately.

I talked with the guys at Vintage glass while I was at super chevy and to get all of the glass for the cab with vent windows was $475 for tinted. I talked to a glass guy that does our cars at work and he wanted $800, yeah right. I'm going to call another glass guy I know, he usually treats me right. BTW thanks!

198 brought me some parts so I'll be concentrating on his for a while. I was suppossed to be off next week for vacation, but there's nothing going at work so I'm taking this week off also.
