you do it the easy way... I usually hold the lug with pliers and drill until it hangs up and takes a chunk of my hand out :lol: |

What voltage is your motor? If it's 208, keep the 3 phase and use a variable frequency drive(VFD). I run a few of my machines this way and now prefer small 3 phase motors over single phase because I can make them variable speed. Best part is that a VFD is relatively cheap to buy. |
