This is the last post on my 56 Chevy Handyman Wagon.
I entered the car in a local car show. It was a small show only 350 cars. The 56 won Best 50's Modified. A pleasant surprise. Thanks go out to: Mark Chance aka Liverat for welding and fabrication. David Larson's Hot Rod Shop for body, paint and assembly. Carl at Creative Interiors for the upholstery. |

Wow ! I just read through your thread this morning. Lots of ups and downs but it was worth it in the end . It turned out beautiful. Love it.

I have been battling oil leaks. First valve covers then the dreaded intake manifold gaskets along with oil pressure plugs.
I'm happy to say the leaks are now stopped and all mosquitoes are now safe. |

Went to 3 car shows and trophied in all 3. Doing great on my investment on my car. $53,000 per trophy.

Re: My 56 Handyman build
Got to see you and your car up at Arlington earlier this summer. Looks great!
So much work you had to have done, basically a brand new car all the way around. |
