i have no idea what the section came from but the PO welded it on it stuck out the side of the frame about an inch when i started but now its flush with the frame and for the core support mount it is permanently mounted (welded on):metal::metal::metal::metal: |

i also got a line lock

I had to weld up the frame on my '80 this past weekend, got the steering box off and lo and behold it has the same shape as the piece of frame you welded into your frame...mystery solved:lol: |

Progress looks great Gage. Nice build you have going there. I agree with the others it's nice to see younger guys coming up that want to mess with older vehicles instead of the rice burners. Keep it up, and I look forward to seeing your updates.
