Just picked it up this week. Has a 292 straight 6 with few options and thats the way shes going back. Interior has a hack job at the radio but other than that she is straight, and all original.

Re: Where are the stockers?
February 19th, 2009 1965 Chevrolet Truck - C-10 Series 1500 (1/2 ton) Model C1504 translates to: long wheel base(127 inches), 1/2 ton Stepside with 8 foot bed. http://lh3.ggpht.com/_RXakNZcrsVM/SZ...2009%20009.jpg It is not all 1965, but it is mostly Chevrolet... she's a Frankenstein of many year models, if only I had known... This is my online photo album at google, which contains photos of machining projects, my 1965 c10 lwb stepside and some old tools: http://picasaweb.google.com/woogeroo This is the website for my 1965 c10, the content of which is 90 percent images of the projects and headaches I've run into while wrenching on it: http://matraca.home.mindspring.com As always, try to remember, old trucks are fun! -W |
