Re: 61 Ford unibody project
Working on trying to score a '64 f100 swb now ... was originally FS @ $2K but he added those foolish mid 90's wheels & now wants $2500.00 ... Won't sell with the skinnies he had prior.
Time is on my side. We shall C. http://atlanta.craigslist.org/wat/cto/4861579390.html R46 |

WillieloRidez - that had to hurt letting that uni go. I'm still feeling the pain from mine from three years or so ago!! Wish I had it back too.

I have been pondering putting some 20" Mobsteels or 20" 22" Delmo specials on the uni one set cost way more than the other I will let you guess on that lol.

I bought a Canton stock eliminator pan for the 302 I just can't keep the chrome pan from leaking in the front sucks.
Jake |
Re: 61 Ford unibody project
Canton pan - not a bad choice at all. I bet the rails are a bit beefier than the chrome one.

Re: 61 Ford unibody project
I just read through this whole build.... This may be my favorite truck on the board right now! The Mobsteels will really be sweet on this uni! Great work man!!

Re: 61 Ford unibody project
I've been thinking about pulling the dash in mine. Do you know if the dash unbolts? I'm thinking I saw some spot welds in there somewhere.

Drove the 61 to BurgerKing to get some lunch then trimmed up the bed floor and cut down the other wheel well and cut the floor for them.
