Its looking awesome and that Clem is using the extras is a plus!

Scraped some off with a putty knife then wire wheeled with my angle grinder, then soaked with air craft stripper, ran the putty knife back over and then when it dried re-wire wheeled it with my angle grinder, it took me about 4 hours

Mostly they are. The cab mounts & core support mounts are in different locations and might be a bit different and the front frame horns where the bumper mounts to is different. Also, the frame is not indented at the steering box like the 68-72 frames.

Build is looking great so far. It is crazy how nice that cab is. I wish mine was half that nice.

I forgot the camera but after getting everything taken apart I have dropped it off to be media blasted, cant wait to get it back and start all the patch panels !

This build is going to be greatt,can't wait to see the end result. Haven't seen too many turbo 60-66's it'll be unique to say the least

Finally its done...I hate that point where I am waiting on everything !!! Just got all of Boosted Berthas parts back from glass bead blasting ! There were a few extra spots of rust that I didn't anticitpate but all in all she is pretty good !

Dontcha just love that fresh clean metal feeling? For me, that's where it turns the corner from rusty pos to decent project, ready to move forward. Eagerly await the next installment!

I do, I do, and this glass bead left it so much smoother then the sand that I have done in the past ! I cant wait to start welding in all those LMC Truck patch panels !
