it started out as a reg cab long bed. This was my uncles truck that he purchased new, and i always wanted it, and After i bought it i just needed more room for the fam. Plus i think it just looks tough. After all im building a wheeler not a hauler.:uhmk:

here are some pics of how i had to cut the floor of the new cab to fit. the reg cab frame's step up before the rear doors, and so i had to cut it to clear. the good news is that you get about 2'' or more clerance than your 1 ton crew cab frames. better for wheeling:devil: also there's a pic of the cab at the junk yard i bought. Rock on brother.:metal:

That black and copper one was a gasser last I saw it. The guy lives arond Grinnell Iowa who last had it. He had it for sale and was advertising it as a good candidate for a cummins swap. It was pretty reasonable too. I guess another person could have purchased it and swapped one in by noe too. :lol:
