That is a killer daily driver, upside down, in the weeds and on the street, better keep that one.

67 Small Journal 327, 3 speed on the floor with a Hurst setup, Rear end someone swapped an Eaton with 3.90's sometime in the trucks past.. I had plans to swap to a tko600 and a 9" but after I got the 69 Roadrunner I've been saving the money for that. So I just keep the truck going and fix stuff when it needs it. Recently built a new exhaust for it. 2.5 tubing that I tucked up into the frame with spintechs (Notched the crossmember out and welded in two 4" pieces of pipe for the exhaust to run through) It's definitely quick enough to get you in trouble...For wheels its 10" Corvette Rally wheels all the way around with 255's up front and 295's out back. With the wheels and suspension setup it turns as if it where on rails. It's my daily driver since my girl steals my other car all the time. But I don't mind

Thanks I kept the original Ochre top color as I love the patina and do not have the heart to repaint it. I did repaint the roof, white sides and lower black color after repairing the rocker, doors and roof gutter rust.

first let me welcome to this great forum....looks like a good truck to start with and have fun with. the best place to start the build is to make it safe to drive around and make it stop good , then the rest can be done when you have the time and money ....good luck on your truck.

It's 65.7 and sunny here right now. I'm letting RAT get some air.
Then, I'm going to have some lunch.

Then, I'm taking your advice, Mud. I'm going to go for a long-long ride.

It's almost time to take the tonneau off for the season. If I had some $$$$ to spare, it'd be about the motor today.
But, the one in there's working fine.

So, I'm off to chase the sun!!!!!

:exit:

Thanks, Mud.

I was debating myself on this all the way down to the striper...I had a "could look like this" I'd made up to give him,
and didn't really know if I wanted to.

I showed him and he wanted to do it. So, while he was at the side stripe, he did these:

I'm 16 years old and this is my first truck. I looked for months with my dad until I found the perfect truck. Bought it today in Alabama and driving it to Florida, so far so good. Over 200 miles driven hasn't overheated once.
