yes sir,pretty cool to see the wildlife.we have a family of fox's that were here years past in the old ruins of a house foundation.we've just seen them back for this year.there's usually lots of deer around here but haven't seen any for a month.we should soon see a bear or 2 as they're waking up from their winter snooze.lots going on.take care.Greg

Not long after I was in Fortuna, then. I've been back to visit my friend in Carlotta and saw how they all seemed dormant
No eagles here, and never actually seen a bear (just the scat). I hear the foxes bark most every day from across the road. The biggest birds are the great herons that cruise the streams and ponds, and an occasional osprey. A variety of hawks and four types of woodpeckers. I caught a pileated at the feeder the other day, but the pictures through the screen aren't so great. Maybe we can make it out

No, but I can imagine. They're so big I sense them flying over before the are in my line of sight. They sure have a crank call. Such prehistorical beasts.

Not my pic, but jeez! I never knew they hunted land critters. Must have been a drought. Fur vs scales, it's all good I guess

They are weird looking. And huge. We had a bunch of them around when we lived in the Angeles Forest. I thought they looked cool but they sh*t all over the place. Spackle City.

Have two sunflowers growing in the aloe plant . Didn’t plant them but found some eaten seeds under the table . Evidently a mouse got into the feeder overnight we bring it in because the bears rip them down . So it must have buried some seeds for later. And I’m guessing it was one of the two we got in the traps

this was more for me than my boy. first time in over 20 yrs anybody else has ever drove my truck. my wife moved it once in the driveway and that's it.
he's on his learners license (has to have a licensed driver with him) and been driving the wifes XUV all the time.
figured today i would throw him in the Four Ton Honey just for the halibut.
after a couple shaky turns (takes 862ft to do a u'ey) he got it down pretty pat....he also has to dip into the throttle a little easier too...he was chirping the tires at every stop sign....(for-taste of the future??)
man, did it EVER feel weird sitting in the pass seat....

Stayed home today to smoke some turkey and chicken thighs. Friend dropped by with his new acquisition. A 67 Malibu ragtop wife came home after working with a client and thought I had bought another one. He’s looking for a correct hood thought I might have had one

That bug would be neat if it came anywhere near fitting onto that Jeep chassis. I didn't take these pictures at work like CG did, but I don't know if this one fits any better (looks like it) but at least they did an exto-skeleton

I'll take a shot at it if you don't mind. Audi R8. Don't think I've ever seen one, but pics of it looks great. At least some -- maybe all, I dunno -- came with a V10.
