I did however get the first hit rod I ever worked on back in my life last year..I was 17 last time I drove this car...1959 Bugeye sprite w ford 5.0 ho engine..c5 trans..240z IRS
best times are in mid 10s Reno airport I ran a g tech on it...0 to 60 3.2 secs |

Awesome Sprite, I've been itching to do one with a Honda s2000 drivetrain. Bummer on the back, I had laser spine surgery 2 years ago. Finally reached the point I couldn't work so I had to do something about it. I have to limit what I lift to about forty pounds max but I've been good since, knock on wood.

got some more stuff done on the 62, made pocket for steering column to pass thru for the r&p, started doing the a.c. hoses..n power steering

anyone still looking at my buuld...lol...of lack there of...I'm still working on it...but slow...and lots of changes...updated engine w a built 6.2 w all forged n balanced rotating assembly...working on final fab of radiator shroud and intercooler mounting and all the little loose ends before tear down for paint n final welding...post pics soon..just wanted to see if anyone is still reading this
