Sweet trailer! I've gotta bite the bullet someday and get me a hauler. I'd be lucky to wind up with something half that nice.

Yea I got lucky with the last one my sister in law was having a farm auction and I had some stuff on my old trailer the auctioneer asked me if I wanted to sell it I told him get me $800 (I paid $400 10yrs ago for it) and he did so that helped with price of this one.

Started my next project last week my snow plow not that I really want snow but @$65per hr I can buy a lot of parts if the wife gets a job. It was a crappy weekend it rained all Sat & Sun. so I cleaned off that large shelf in my Garage known as my truck. I figured as long as it was cleaned off I would pull the cover and look under the hood and while I was there I changed the hood hinges with the new one I bought man what difference it made in the alignment.

Ugh! It's coming again isn't it! It sure has been nice here lately. Got our first little bit of rain today since June or July and I'm talking a sprinkle at that. I just need another month or two and I'd be fine.
I need to come up with a side job!

Re: 70 C/10 from Cali to Illinois

Got the hood hinges on so now at least the hood latches all the way and it lines up nice

I'm hoping I get as lucky with the plow as I did with the Trailer no rain all summer and now it's rain or cold I’m looking to get the frame at least painted this weekend with the Rustolem as long as it's above 40 it will dry pretty good in a few hours. We have had deep freezes here in late October where it came so fast that some people didn't have time to get their boats out of the river and got frozen in at the dock.

Took the truck out to put it to bed for the winter unless my cousin dosen't sell his place then I will put it in his pole barn.. For now she is goin in my wifes cousins drag car trailer.

this is with the 4" rear drop I think I will need to do a 6" front drop in the spring.

Nice job on the plow. your ready to push some snow ! I wouldnt be able to put my truck up for the winter. I have to use that time to get more done, winter is just to long up north. Truck is lookin good, even better when you get the front down.:chevy:

I would like to put it in my cousins pole barn but I don't want to be moving it in the middle of winter if he sells the place with all the salt that is used up here it could make a mess of the aluminum parts.
I'll use the winter to collect the interior parts and get the guages done, I am thinking after market but not sure yet cash is low so I need to sell some stuff and hope for a good winter plowing I have been able to buy and and fix her up with out touching any house money which makes the wife happy.

The listing comes up as page not found, so does that mean it already sold or that you changed your mind? Either way I hope you get what you want for Christmas!

I would be bummed to see you let it go this close to the end, but also understand how things go sometimes. Good luck Frankie and happy holidays!!!

Re: 70 C/10 from Cali to Illinois

Yes Guys I am putting it on the market for now if I still have it in the spring then I will finish it up I think my ADD is kicking in.:mm: I'm always buying and selling things that is how I ended up with the 70 but if I can't get my price or get the right trade I'll keep her looking at 4X4's and Vette's. I have always wanted a 60's Vette but every time I thought could afford one the price always jumped 10k so the 90's Vette's are in a price range I can afford so I might go that direction. I'll be 65 Saturday if the World doesn’t end on Friday. so time is short for the bucket list.:waah:

it's been a while since I posted I did decide to keep her for now I put 3 inch drop CCP springs and shocks on her. So now I have a 3" drop in the front and a 4" in the rear.
